Does the rest week need to be activated or does it automatically kick in if you dont make a goal?

You must manually activate it, but it can be used for current or the previous week.

Press “Use”

I would’ve had to wait for tomorrow to show it. Once the goal is met, the Use disappears.

Well I've just cancelled my Vitality memebership after they decided not to integrate Zwift with their Active Rwards programme. Its one thing to cancel it, its another to not reduce the Rewards Target, Disgusting, arrogant behaviour and now I need to find replacement products, I want nothing more ot do with them. Always wanting more and giving less.

Also not seeing the worth anymore,

1. Not seeing the maximum fuel cashback because my wife sold her car.

2. PnP no longer a Healthy Foods Partner & I can't really go shop at the competitors.

I'm sure if I dug some more I could come up with more reasons to cancel.

This is the math everyone needs to do every year. The checkers close to us is better than PnP, and make extensive use of Virgin Active, Sportsmans Warehouse and Airlink Discounts. This is a game you should only play if the math is right for you. The push to banking products does not help me a bit, but the rest is still worth it for me.

I would dump it as well, but i have an HPP policy that has a huge payout in 2 years which i lose if go off vitality.

I been on diamond ever since it was introduced, we still had to maintain gold for 3 years and then you got to Diamond. last year was the first time i didnt get diamond but at least i got to Gold. I only do it as the level directly affects the payback amount, as well as the accumulation to the final payout.

Going back to the old days it was really good and had excelent benefits especially if you were on diamond. Now it sucks, its expensive and the benefits are not worth the effort. Like discounted flights - What a joke - Every time i searched for flights through Vitality i went onto the airlines webpage and got them cheaper, Hotels used to be good discounts but now i get the same deal or even cheaper booking direct.

I think their focus has changed to their banking and vitality money now, at some time in the futrure i would assume vitality health will be non existant.

Well here's to 2 years where i look forward togetting the policy paid out and giving them the middle finger finally

They're definitely driving everything around the banking side. I've also been with them for 15 years and its nowhere near what it was, they're just far more arrogant than ever. Unfortunately the competition isn't much better which puts them in the drivers seat, that and changing your products over is a major hassle.

Similar here. When they changed things a few years ago it became near impossible for us to get to diamond.
We both make our exercise goals easily. But since no amount of exercising will cure my wife's autoimmune disease, she doesn't get enough points with the health check.

Unsurprisingly this is not very motivating to try and get back to diamond, so now it is what it is. No doubt it will eventually become near impossible to even get to gold, unless you happen to already be in perfect health AND can afford to stash huge sums in the Discovery Banking accounts.

Yes the health check screwed us over as well - My wife smokes so she only gets about 5000 pts

The other issue is BMI - Probably the stupidist metric - the last time i got to below 25 even my doctor got concerned when he saw me - He actually told me I needed to put on 5 - 7 kg

Blood pressure is another one - When i failed my BP points i went to see same doc - He was like WTF are you doing here ? nothing wrong with your BP, when i told him Vitality pts he rolled his eyes and told me to dump it as a waste of money and time

Wen you start hitting your 55 + age range these metrics are not the same as a 25 year old Disco makes no allowance for age

Whoa. I did not know this. But, I see Zwift has in fact been disappeared as a linked app. It pisses me off that they did this with no notice.

But, I usually run my Garmin or Apple  watch anyway, so its not a real issue.

I have also been on the verge of canning vitality for a while, as its virtually impossible  make diamond nowadays even if you exercise. The 30 000 point max is counter intuitive bs.

I still have a legacy Virgin Active gym membership- this benefit alone still makes it worth it though.

I cannot belive the medical industry still use BMI as a metric, body composition is everything. Complete garbage.
