So with me as well - my rewards disappeared. 4 of them... So I had to pay for the "Free" coffees I was handing out to my mates.

 

So to which mode of complaint do they respond? Twitter? Email?

First thing I do when receiving the voucher is take a screenshot, then to the wallet.

 

So far so good, even though the Kauai at the local VA sometimes have a problem with the voucher. They say it isn't valid but then try 2-3 times and it goes through.

I will post on their FB page or Twitter as they tend to respond quicker to posts made public

Also had 4 vouchers that disappeared.

I wonder if the app update had anything to do with it.

Will e mail discovery to find out what happened.

I gad a new one. Slow 3H30 ride with mates, ave of 107 beats per minute. Allocated 1,500 points rather than 3,000 as "intermediate"device activity.

 

Got the same surprise on Saturday. Went for a morning run, about an hour into it my HRM on my 920XT started acting up again. needless to say after another Hour and a half making my total time 2.5 Hours my Avg hr was 117BPM cause of the faultiness of the strap and vitality only rewarded me with 1500 points for running over 21 kms :thumbdown:

 

Don't blame them however, it just makes my desire to get a wrist based HR device even greater.

Also had 4 rewards disappear yesterday while waiting for a smoothie... 

 

 

Gone no vouchers...indicates goal achieved in green...but zero points displayed

 

 

My rewards also just disappeared.  Wanted to redeem them on Saturday and all 3 went *poof* Gone!  Was not impressed...

I took to twitter - Discover_SA is swamped with the same issues...

 

The guy said I must DM my personal info - I did and am waiting a response...

Ok - Ive got two smoothies / coffees expiring on Wednesday - I don't want them to go to waste

I think your garmin is punishing you for running, take it cycling rather :P

There seems to be quite a few issues on Discovery/Vitality at the moment. E.g. Both my wife and I did a parkrun on Saturday, no points allocated for either of us. I also went for a 3 hour ride yesterday, heart rate monitor's battery died 90 minutes into the ride and as a result only got 600 points allocated.
