Frosty Posted January 24, 2016 Posted January 24, 2016 First thing I do when receiving the voucher is take a screenshot, then to the wallet. So far so good, even though the Kauai at the local VA sometimes have a problem with the voucher. They say it isn't valid but then try 2-3 times and it goes through. Lexx 1

Allocated 1,500 points rather than 3,000 as "intermediate"device activity. Got the same surprise on Saturday. Went for a morning run, about an hour into it my HRM on my 920XT started acting up again. needless to say after another Hour and a half making my total time 2.5 Hours my Avg hr was 117BPM cause of the faultiness of the strap and vitality only rewarded me with 1500 points for running over 21 kms Don't blame them however, it just makes my desire to get a wrist based HR device even greater. I think your garmin is punishing you for running, take it cycling rather ScottCM and 'Dale 2
Craai Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 (edited) There seems to be quite a few issues on Discovery/Vitality at the moment. E.g. Both my wife and I did a parkrun on Saturday, no points allocated for either of us. I also went for a 3 hour ride yesterday, heart rate monitor's battery died 90 minutes into the ride and as a result only got 600 points allocated. Edited January 25, 2016 by Craai
