I always tell the kids I coach that not caring leaves you unable to understand the requirements for success, and ill-prepared to follow the process when things get tough. It's always been anecdotal though, using positive examples of people who work really hard and who have passion. The Hub has provided much negative corroboration this week.

Guilty or not, I saw enough of BS at Sani2C some years ago and then again at the GR300 to know that he is a complete tjop. If he was found guilty, but was a stand-up guy otherwise, he might get some respect back.
