I just think if the Cav was on a Specialised, he would've been able to stay upright.

Yep, you get specialized skills as an extra!

This has persuaded me that in the unlikely event that me and the rest of F batch are ever in a sprint finish I will quietly slip off to the back of the group. #theseroadiesarecrazy

The other thing clouding most people's judgement here too is that Sagan is generally such a lekker oke... and Cavendish, well, he's a bit of a does. Even if he rides for our team.

The world would be very boring if we all had the same opinion. (Mine is however of course the correct one)

Cheers chaps, I'm outa here to go and watch the numerous reruns and speculation of yesterdays little incident. Hopefully today's stage might feature somewhere.

Dude, I can't even keep up with who's fault things are or why we don't like people anymore.

That's no surprise.

You don't even know that there's more than 1 version of you.....

The perfect place to ramp over or T-bone a bike or a body and land on your head. Sitting on the back you're a passenger and if the bus arrives at a wipeout, you are going down! (unless you have disc brakes of course....)

Why not attack at 1k out and just win solo instead of sprinting?

Its like a podcast debate I was listening too on the plane yesterday about Trump supporters.

Either Trump did something or he didn't, to start debating about about the motive of debate is simply a deflection tactic that children use when losing an argument.

Either Sagan intentionally elbowed Cav or he didn't. Simple.

Making this about "Sagan disciples" and their blind support etc is nothing more than a lazy attempt to gain some hypothetical advantage in the debate through deflection, because now the people who you called "fanboys" or "disciples" must first refute that before being able to get back to the original point, but that doesn't happen, as the course of the debate has changed.

And as long as we are not debating what "Trump" did or did not do, our opinions or stances on the issue remain uncontested.

And before he addressed the press he still gave an autograph to a fan.. .. after hearing his interview I am still 100% sure that he is a class act.

Firstly apologies for not speaking to the press yesterday as it was not the right time.. says he can only accept decision but doesn't agree..then goes on to say but what is very bad is that Cav crashed and it is important that he recovers well.

.. and then that was me.. my heart broke into a million pieces. .rest well Sags enjoy the time with your loved ones.

The only thing clouding people's judgement is that bloody tree CSA planted there years ago in anticipation of yesterdays sprint - #sagantreeconspiracy

(edit: italics added to explicitly indicate my intent to make a joke... no letters please)

O imagine the drama if Sagz was on the disk brake version like Kittel used. Jeez it would have been an outcry of epic proportions.

Wrong race - we still on the TDF?

No, but supporting PPA is populist, apparently.

I am starting to think anything I do is just called populist.
