KB had choice between cyclocross and MTB, he took MTB due to congregations. Sounds like the best bike could be the cannondale Slate.

Kev broke his scaphoid 8 weeks ago, that"s the major reason. Other wise he would defiantly be on the Sequoia. ;)

I think JD could certainly hold her pace, she is seasoned...

BS I have feeling not so much tho...looks like he is treating it like an ultra marathon and going hard from the gun.

The Sheriff is sitting pretty in mid field...true 24hr racer style...start easy and let the eager beavers pop then cruise on past....

Jeannie knows what she's doing.

She did mess up her ankle earlier this year doing EA, but still finished on top step of the podium (they led the whole way - not scared to charge from the gun).

Also might just have the best experience out of the munga rookies - did the CTR last year which is almost the same amount of time on the road - http://trackleaders.com/ctr15

whilst you're waiting for stuff to happen, this is not a bad read!

ok, two more from me...

A) if you want to start lusting over bikes, head to here - http://www.bikepacking.com/bikes

B) if you think this is cool, start looking at adventure racing. I'm always going to bang this gong as it just simply is the best endurance team sport out there. Plenty of inspiration out there, but you could do worse than starting with our very own Team Painted Wolf who finished 4th in the world champs earlier this month - https://www.facebook.com/notes/go-multi-magazine/interview-team-sanlam-painted-wolf-after-their-fourth-at-world-champs/1233889553300254
