I will post my anger all over social media and tell all my friendses friends. And that's why bad service exists because ppl don't call out shops on there quality of service . And for the record. The reason I have not got my order is coz they don't have stock of what they advertised (something about a wrong box or some other BS story) but tried to palm something else of on me . This is not the first time they have done this to me but it WILL BE the last time I even attempt to spend money at cwc,no wonder I didn't hear anything from them. Let's see how long we can hang on to ppl's money before they want a refund. Last time was 6 weeks . Not Again. Over & out cwc.

Edit: admittely have spent and received many other items from them. But then it's what I paid for.It's easy when things are going well. It's how you conduct yourself when things aren't . oh and I didn't get the offer of what I ordered just something else.

I have built up a very good relationship with my LBS by supporting them over the years.......so much so that I don't have to wait for some sale to get discount, I get a much better price any day I phone or walk into my LBS than I would ever have got at a CWC Sale.Exactly!

Because the BikeHub provide them an outlet to share such information with the rest of the cycling fraternity? Or are we now having some Hubbers with VETO rights. If you don't wish to read or comment on someones botch and moan then move on. Even more crazy is the other "should only be able to moan if you have a 1000 posts". Then lets see people posting LOLs to make up numbers! We all share this platform and non own it. We already have a Big Brother calling the shots.
