Grease_Monkey Posted December 31, 2019 Share I have on occasion been known to swing my legs over the bike to go for ride. After missing 2018 goal of 12000km I made it my 2019 one which i have surpassed. While elevation is poor compared to some that have done less km than me, I do stay in one of the flatter parts of Ekurhuleni. Impressive distance that! It must be very flat though... do you ride mainly road/gravel? That's about the elevation we get in 3000km here in WC. JohanDiv

That's about the elevation we get in 3000km here in WC.Yup its flat and mostly road with the odd off road. I sometimes enter the Strava climbing challenge but have yet to come close to getting the required amount. . Last Thu I did 117km and only climbed 572m. Friday I included some "hills" and ended up with 680m over 103km. Different devices will give different elevation but comparing my Garmin 820 and Forerunner 30 they both give similar. scotty Posted December 31, 2019 Share Very niceThat looks like almost a ride every day of the year.Do you know how many active days you had?296, included in the rides are indoor training rides when weather is bad but when the Giro, TDF, Vuelta is on I also spin stages while watching and simulate that's me beating Sagan to the sprint finish. nonky, TyronLab, SwissVan and 2 others
