But then again, if they participated and not acted like all the other ANC/Government departments, things might have been more balanced.

They shouldn't have run it without input from them. The issue with that is that all a (alledged) wrongdoer needs to avoid being exposed is to refuse to participate. If you give all skelms the right to "censor" the story merely by refusing to comment, investigative journalism will be the poorer.
