Here she is finally done the way I wanted my down country HT.

Thanks to Grease Monkey for the excellent condition 120mm fork, some custom decals from CBR, Flow's Pillar double butted spokes Hope Pro 4 hubs built by Knipe Racing. These make the already fat Ikons even pop out more.

New drive train and rear derailleur.

68 degree H/A, bb only about 5mm higher but the much wider rim and extra tyre volume would also have had something to do with that.

Now just to get a chance to play on the trails.????

lucky you you have already had a ride on yours ???? I am dieing to go for a ride but sounds like that will only be Sunday ????

Smiling all the way. The process took a week. Much better than just walking into a bike shop and getting that instant gratification. The best feeling when it all comes together.

I’m sure your ride will be awesome and worth the little extra waiting

Is there a local supply chain for Nukeproof bikes? I am still seriously considering the Nukeproof Scout as a fun, do it all hardtail. But Rand/Pound exchange, mixed with shipping costs etc to bring one in from CRC right now is just a bit far out of reach.

I was hoping to try get my hands on one when I was in the UK for business earlier this year, but COVID put an end to that business trip plan
