Reign is behaving beautifully IMG_20150726_181234.jpgThat was fun but Damn my fitness levels right now...After six months of no Tokai it's like starting out as a new cyclist every time we do go out and upon getting home I end up crashed out snoozing for an hour to recover.Ben had a right mixed day starting with an asthma flare up on the Hoogekraal climb, continuing with an errant bee crashing into his eye at Contermans but finishing with him hitting a little bit of form when we dropped into the black trail there.I finally got a bit of flow going when we descended down Contermans but my legs feel distinctly second hand right now. As for Cobra... it was definitely fun, but I fail to see how it can be rated as anything above a green trail... those jumps though. Steep as heck and VERY short kickers.
