ChrisF Posted January 16, 2020 Share Nice ride at Meerendal. Did a few laps of Stairway, even included a lap of walking Stairway to work the calves a bit. WOW ! So much easier to pedal up there !! Strange to ride the trails with so few people on it .... I keep telling myself not to worry about the snake thread - when there are multiple riders ahead .... was super alert this morning ....
