Ah come on cupcake chillout, i made a genuine comment on what i saw, why would i troll you of all people?

Check the video and tell me your seat height does not look a bit low.

First ride outdoors this year... and since Oct 2019.............

Got this little reminder that we are now heading into autumn, even if it feels far off! The ivy tells a different story and it is really smart ivy that.......it grows on the walls of UCT - it knows stuff us stupid humans don't !

been noting signs of autumn in a couple of different areas ....  :eek:

 

either the plants are off, or we are in for a weird season !

Been spending a few days at Bontebokpark, outside Swellendam.

 

 

Before doing our booking I checked if we would be allowed to cycle in the park, on the game viewing roads.  Turns out they now even rent out MTB's at Bontebokpark  :w00t:   :thumbup:

 

 

NO - there are no dedicated MTB trails with burms and jumps etc ....

 

 

YES - you are allowed to ride on the same roads that other guests to park are allowed to ride on.  Thus at first glance gravel grinding.  And certainly yes, lots of gravel grinding ... and then you get to those sections where vehicles with higher ground clearance are recommended, where the front wheel drivers have spun out some decent corrugations !!  Long sections with layers of loose pebbles .... LEKKA !!  :clap:   You had better be alert and on top of your game.

Enjoying the view of Table Mountain and the Milnerton lagoon until you come across this sight .Even as you leave Bakoven this stuff  is everywhere.Would like to appeal to everybody to do their bit
