I lost my oomph about three weeks ago in the Jonkersberg mountain close to us. I dunno where exactly, how can I get it back? [emoji3061][emoji3061][emoji40]

Another beaut of a riding day in Belgium! Although I'm (masochistically?) longing for a Thaba trails session, despite some of these gnarly forest climbs!

There is only one Thaba right. If you can climb there in the blue you should be ok most places . Great place to get strong and up your tech skills. Edited by Pikey

I’ve not ridden for 12 days as I’ve been sick [emoji855]

Watching my fitness gains disappearing daily [emoji37]

Have you tried mixing things up, trying something different?

Took a short ride with the youngest yesterday, wanted to go out for a ride today but the weather is windy, cold and plain shitty.

Now my standby week starts again tomorrow and for next weekend, so no time for practice this week again. [emoji3061]

At the end of the month with the long weekend I'll be off, hopefully weather etc will be better then.

First time back in Eden after lockdown.

Found a new feature. Fortunately the Grease Monkey is quick to whip out a camera when I want to do something like this.

Built by the Northwester.

No pics but good to get out yesterday ... first time in 5 months.!

Atlantic coastline, Hout Bay, Chappies and False Bay coastline never disappoints, especially in yesterday's good weather conditions.

(different story in the Cape today - even the WPCycling race out in Worcester was cancelled)
