Happened to me on holiday in January this year. Last ride before coming home, I had cramps galore. Eventually had to stop, and do the business, in the middle of erens and nerens. Bit tight to find the time for a 4 pass ride so we decided to do 2 pass twice : Old helshoogte, Fhook pass from both side, new helshoogte.
