Did a site inspection on Thursday next to Muizenberg .... an attendee opens a set of doors to the South .... a gust of wind almost knocked the doors back into his face ....

I'm headed "South" for a week... to the only place in SA that doesn't have winter as a season.
No bike, no golf clubs, but maybe some (jogging) tekkies.
I plan to use one of my rest weeks on Vitality.

My current favourite stretch of road, the railway road from Muldersvlei to Welgevonden. I call it Sunset Seventy.

What a lovely morning for a ride.  Peak traffic to get out of town ...

 

 

Need to wake the legs after the winter .... gave it some stick this morning !! 

 

Heard of a new padstal at the top of Hellshoogte .... just had to try it out.  Seems more Hubbers got the message of the new pitstop ....

PS - The owner is a cyclist.  From the bike stand to the range of food shows they know what cyclists want, and they are catering for us.

Ja nee, Bennie. I was working in the North last week with cricketers in the nets and the heat and humidity was rof, especially coming from a wet and windy Western Cape.
