Would that be 73 on the dot?
In all my rides, I've never done 73 on it's own.

That said, 99.99 gets more people talking about it (especially on Strava).
Why didn't you just ride up the street to get the last 10m

Didnt you finish a Rapha on 499.9km a few years back ?

That distance also got more reaction than any other ... 🤣

Yesterday, nice trip around Cape Point, and then amazed at the amount of roadside standing water, AND the profusion of flowering plants, with the bare, burnt mountain as a backdrop; got to LOVE this peninsula!IMG-20241102-WA0027.jpeg.1d8dabb02b1179e8873f287fcf336a27.jpegIMG-20241102-WA0029.jpeg.3a5e4f6bf89d05791a525ce186b26398.jpeg

This Picture is beautiful

Definitely, makes one yearn for quiet time in this intense and dramatic world.

Statistically this had to happen at some point .....

Just easing into B Spot ... just starting to get the bike higher up the sides of the berms ... having fun ....

Still dont know how I spotted him .... nor how I managed to stop immediately !!  No skidding of tyres, no loss of control ... just out of a berm, straighten up and STOP ....

Nou nie laat ek n bang-gat is nie, maar ek wou hom net nie pla nie ..... toe draai ek maar daar om .... thats my story and I am sticking to it.

@MORNE  @Robbie Stewart is that enough of a ramp .... could you clear the gap ....

Any guesses on what that is ?

Mol slang.
ps: not venomous. Although the black colour and their size makes you think it’s something way worse so it’s scary nonetheless. They are constrictors…and you guessed it, eat moles etc.
