A return run from my front door to Dorsie is just at about 60 minutes tempo pace

Perfect run ????

So, very convenient

Love the refreshed Meerendal trails before the hard summer sun turn it all Rockville

A bit of everything hey - rocky hilltop, switchbacks, berms, a dash of singletrack, with a coffee shop and humongous croissants at the end of it all
