  1. Ive got my car and household insurance with MiWay. My MTB, insured under All Risk policy and at R23.5k, costs about R120 bucks a month. The other premiums are decent as well. Bike is covered pretty much everywhere, havent been able to extract reasons why they wont be able to acknowledge a claim.
  2. dam, was there this morning, not that early though. Was busier and guard was on duty... Im going to consider parking down tokai road on less busy days.
  3. I did the mast when i first started riding, no idea of the distance or effort. Needless to say I pushed up most of the tar section to the mast and pretty much killed two brake pads on the way down. That was over a year and a half ago and I still need to attempt the mast again. Legs still burn but burn more when no warmup has happened.

  20. make sure you try disassemble it as much as possible, then pack into a compact bike box or something similar. They will bill you on the volumetric space the bike takes up in cubic meters im sure, hence the price. Pack it small and itll cost less..
  21. Exactly...
  22. Mix with milk, or water before a race. Milk takes longer to break it down, water its alot quicker. Only enjoy the original flavour, rest are pretty bad. Take it as a shake though, not as a bowl of porridge.
