  1. Looking forward to the viewing this weekend. http://www.redbull.com/za/en/bike/events/1331614179510/uci-mtb-world-cup-2014-round-7-mont-sainte-anne-canada
  2. When it comes to e-commerce orders, any returns need to be paid for by the customers. Most e-comm stores have branches where you can drop goods off for them to return which wont cost you anything, except in petrol getting it there. if you want a courier to collect from your house, that courier will charge you, it has nothing to do with the company who sold you the goods. That said, if said company runs their own vehicles, then they would collect free of charge, like Zando when ordering clothes.
  3. Streaming now, tx.
  4. Think they are still riding hey. No times in yet. http://results.glasgow2014.com/event/cycling_mountain_bike/cmw021101/womens_cross_country.html
  5. always behind Phil, and dont plan on missing todays commonwealth race. Pity he misses out on mont sainte anne this weekend.
  6. yeah, still lank good. I would go as far as saying.. this is actually better than pretty much all the hiphop rap crap out these days....
  7. Have got the same looking light, problem is the bloody rubber band bar mounts. Cant get the thing to sit still on a bumpy track.
  8. Get a proper internet browser and try again...
  9. sounds like some other key is stuck preventing Enter from doing its job
  10. Yes - did apologize if it was a repost.. didnt have a chance to look for an existing thread. Your own fault for talking about the same thing in 4 different places
  11. sounds targeted.. dont think insurance covers bikes in a garage/outhouse, and would need itemised insurance for that. Exact reason mine goes inside next to my other important hardware. leaving a bike on a bike rack is just silly
  12. Maybe he was caught stealing something else and had his fingers forcible removed by way of Township justice
  13. sure
  14. Sorry if this is a repost.. thought it was quite good though.
  15. Simple, make sure you use registered courier and not SAPO... what happens behind the scenes is anybodies guess. If you like I can break down a R50 courier fee for you and you will see how little margin is made on it at the end of the day. You cannot just say, well he bought the service for R25, why sell for R50. Law of diminishing marginal returns....
  16. He swore he didnt dope, then came out and said he lied... any case closed on the sworn 'truth' that he did not dope, should be re-opened by way of his own admission of guilt.
  17. Those Dr Sludge tubes are pretty bad. Had one or two myself and the bloody sludge just congealed at the bottom of the tire making it incredibly unbalanced. Had tubeless now for 2 years, not a single puncture or problem.
  18. not sure if the twinloc levers on the Scotts would work? New 2nd generation one costs around 700 bucks. Works well.
  19. Infamous, Famous... regardless that signed Jersey is going to be quite valuable to somebody in the years to come. Definitely a keeper,
  20. Brother in law mentioned the crazy space age wigwam and how freaked out he felt.. said it motivated him to peddle harder.
  21. Didnt Absalon recently change to 29r? I actually remember him riding a 29r in one of the later UCI races last year. Buys and Schurter have done really well, probably because of the slightly shorter routes and more technical sections. XC at Cascades is crazy technical, if not more technical then some of the route during the Epic, I could be wrong though.
  22. Definintely a 23" frame, XL (21.5") wont fit correctly and you would need extended components to setup it up right. Make sure you replace the stock rims with Stans Arch EX, with his weight the rims should turn oval pretty quickly if they arent strong enough. As far as I know, Giant XL is 21.5".. Cannondale and Trek make 23" bikes, or you would need one custom built.
  23. Its the rider not the wheels.. tall people on 650b's/26rs dont work, similar to short people on 29r's.. find your match and you can excel. Its the rider at the end of the day.
  24. So who was claiming that Schurter was holding back because of Buys? Two podiums in 2 days for that team, pretty good going I think.
