karlito Posted September 13, 2017 Share How does these Token BB's fair against standard Shimano XT BB's? Have not actually used them before but the benefits look very compelling. I just can't get my head around the idea of replacing an entire bb when only the bearings need replacement. I know the Quickroc bb's also let you replace just the bearings, but chose these as the two parts thread into each other and should reduce the chance of creaks developing.
