The reason I choose Pyga was because they are local and I heard they give GREAT support.

So I got my frame, last year. Unlike other brands that does not want to sell you a frame only.

So 1st good reason to go Pyga

I built it up, and love riding it.

2nd good reason to go Pyga

Then the Friday just before Pyga opened again after the holiday. I am ring my bike, look down at the seatstay for some reason and noticed a crack.

ARG tog, from my previous experience with another BIG brand, this is now going be a nightmare trying to do a warranty claim.

Saturday morning.

I take a pic of the crack and send it to Mark (who I dealt with buying the frame and he answered my 3000 questions)

Mark replies that he no longer works at Pyga, but here is Pats whatsapp number

Saturday afternoon

I forward the pics to Pat. He replies with a Question or two.

Then my phone rings, it is him.

He tells me to email the warranty email address and include my invoice and the frame serial number.

Monday, I get an email from Sean(warranty person)

"Hey sorry to hear about your frame, please send address for shipping"

I do that.

So I thought by Thursday I will check in with him to see what is up.

I get this as a shock.

"your replacement was dispatched on Monday, should be in Cape Town today here is the tracking number."

Courier site show out for delivery, but they never arrive. So I call them around 16:00

Courier could not find the building, will deliver 1st thing Friday morning.

Friday morning I have my new seatstay in my hands.

Saturday I am on my Pyga enjoying the trails.

That is LESS than 7 days from seeing something wrong till I have the new part in my hands.

NOW that is service, no 300 questions, no blaming anyone or looking for excuses.

Pyga, please make a road bike so I can get rid of my "big brand, full of excuses" road bike
