Fun fact.......

2016

30 000 TSS points spread over 340 rides giving me 88 TSS points per ride.

14 000 km

544 hours

2273 matches burnt

168 000m climbed.

Avg year for me.

Getting old there, Spidey ????

????

More seriaasly

Cool consistency

Now, if Brailsford could allow you to publicly disclose your FTP for Spring

If you want to brag, NP, if you want to use it for yourself, avg.  ;)

ja but if you use np, then your tss goes down...

so either you brag with ftp, or you brag with tss

Bragging with skew FT or TSS numbers is like taking an hot hooker to a braai.

its perfectly fine as long as you never race - the truth always comes out in races

also, dont talk about your sister like that

Think the protocol is 1x20 or 2x 20, then work out avg of the 2 and take 98% of that,

Or same but 2x8's and take 95% of the avg.

1 x 20 *0.95 = FTP

(2 x 8)/2*0.9 = FTP

Patch, there is a 2x20 also, think they still use the 95%.
