No running since 4 November at Soweto Marathon. Physio has asked me to start running from tomorrow. Starting from scratch...again...while undergoing treatment on my ITB. b-rad Posted January 9, 2019 Share The Salomon soft flasks work great. They mould to your hand and you dont even notice it. You get 250 or 500ml.I have both Salomon and Aonijie soft flasks.
