RocknRolla Posted January 18, 2016 Posted January 18, 2016 (edited) Doctors statements and explanations are required when applying for a TUE, as well as any supporting docs which include X-rays, blood tests etc. If the TUE then still gets denied, surely SAIDS have done their due dilligence, and according to the rules and regulations decided that the Theraputic use was legitimite or not. It is up to the cyclist to not race if there is no TUE, one can argue intent to dope if one decides to race without a TUE. Just applying for a TUE means squat, it has to be granted. So it means about 80 to 90% of the champions are rotten. Its not like this is different globally and there are 10% that are the problem. We know this as a fact. Its not like we haven't discussed this at length on the hub over the last couple of positives. FWIW: You have to be really stupid to get caught in little old SA. Accept the glaring truth that you are struggling with. This guy cheated. He got caught. Now he wants to try and salvage his reputation or what is left of it. You are running the risk of being sent packing before your career can even start.....what you gonna do?Thats pro sport simple as that.
