First mistake was he raced when he shouldn't have because of his treatment. .. doesn't matter how you spin it.. that is the bottom line. But shees guys. .this whole twitter war is low.. remember to her he is her husband and father of her child.. and I am sure he is devoted father (the whole better and worse bit as a spouse) to the the public he is now seen as a doping cheat. She should never have gone near twitter.. it was never going to end well.. people don't react rationally when angry, and the worst place to go when angry is to social media. It isn't helping anyone. If one has so much to say then rather have a conversation face to face,social media is not the place for that because now reading some of what was posted on just go.. shees that's not cool not from either side. And why are people still at it..no one is ever going to get the answers they want.. all that is happening is people are getting worked up about things they have no control of. Truth and public benefit are a complete defense to a defamation action. And the truth of what Fandacious said at the time has now come out. He has been vindicated. Look at it this way. Knowing full well that he was doping, KE retains a celebrity lawyer to muzzle and intimidate fandacious from telling the truth. Ie - that he was doping. Something the public deserved to know, something that was true. In so doing, he abused the law, and his own lawyer. She must be pissed. I sure don't begrudge fandacious his anger. I accept what you say Harry BUT I still think that it is unnecessary to act like a tjop whether you are on the 'wrong' OR 'right' side now ..... make your feelings known sure but have SOME dignity but perhaps I'm just old and was brought up with a different set of values anyway let them carry on as it seems it's 'OK' by today's standards ...... They are guilty, and nobody likes eating humble pie, so they turn to insults. Els backed the wrong horse, well seems to be an entire stable, so he looks like a tit and is lashing out. It's best if the guilty and those who blindly defended them, just accept that they are wrong and take it on the chin. Engaging in frivolous attempts to argue on social media will only result in the debate degrading into a school yard tit for tat. I mean they are now having a go at Ross Tucker and Jereons (amongst others) motives, credibility and integrity. It's sad. Can anybody enlighten me?I think he owned Probike back in the day when they were the Raleigh agents and sold all those bikes to Makro etc, then they started with those Axis bikes, then became Scott Bikes SA (Evans connection), and now he is a director for Rush Sports.
