Can’t believe high profile riders would be so silly...If they were blatantly Training with Dr Ferrari then they must be stoopid.... and deserve to get caught.

Something you want to share with us :whistling:

Did your numbers improve ? Next they will say you support doping

Back in 2003/2004 I did subscribe to a training program from 53x12 that’s how I know about his brother

Was a very basic but good program, focused on hi cadence hill training.

At my level no secret 1 on 1 required

There are ways they could have used his services without being in the open.... Dr Ferrari has a brother for example who used to be very involved with Dr Ferrari’s online coaching service 53x12.com

12? Was 11 taken? Doubt any of the riders he "trains" use 53x12.

ASTANA......................

I'm pretty sure he was at it long before then, probably why a move to a team like Astana was never an issue... gotta love a team run by that bastion of ant-doping - Alexandre Vinokourov

What a lovely team they are: https://www.cyclingweekly.com/news/latest-news/astanas-uneasy-ride-professional-peloton-139345

Back to Fuglsang, his Cape Epic partner of three years (Roel Paulissen), has long been on the naughty list. If I'm not mistaken, they won the epic and then he (Fuglsang) moved to road cycling because we all know it's only roadies that dope  :whistling:

It's all a lekker circus frankly... don't dig too deep, it's all too obvious and totally ruins the spectacle

Lol

They actually suggested I change to compact gearing because I could not pedal at the required cadences of the training program with my SA gearing which was 53x11

Well he did ride the 2008 Cape Epic with Roel Paulissen who was bust for doping (clomiphene?)

I doubt very few can, high cadence in that gear requires a long steep decent and plenty power, Ferrari power............

Isn't that what I said? "his Cape Epic partner of three years (Roel Paulissen), has long been on the naughty list"

One of Ferrari’s regular features in that program was a fitness test every 4th week... 5 km @ a min of 5 % gradient ascent flat out ITT..... very difficult on the 53 ????

Comedy gold... I will just picture John Cleese reading out this media statement

Astana Pro Team is committed to the fight against doping in sport

The one thing you must give Astana credit for is that they don’t care about being blatant about it ????
