Thanks incredible. I have a lowish HR and often alarm medical staff (38) at 22 u must be raising panic whenever u donate blood or go for a medical :)

It is sometimes a bit of an issue, but luckely don't donate blood any more. Only really that low when I'm well rested.

So is the question your lowest ever RHR or your current RHR? As it would seem it's a bit of a 'contest' that will skew any age vs RHR comparisons ...

All time high would be somewhere in the 200s (hill repeats when I was 15, still remember measuring 200 with a finger on the neck for 15s and multiplying by 4 - we had to wait for EVERYBODY to get to the top so we can start when the coach said go!)

All-time high would be somewhere in the mid to low 30s (5 years or so ago)

But then again, this is not what this is all about. Current, I'd say!

As I'm reading this I'm thinking that it is very probable that most people do not push themselves to max heart rate. I always thought my max was 170 or there about's, was once pushed hard and clocked 187!

1. Plentipotential

2 . 48

3. 187

4. 55

5. Capricorn

6. Male

7. Don't have a clue. Ah, 718. Still a long way from being able to sell stuff on the hub.
