They have an Excel spreadsheet named book1.xls that they've written a random number generator formula in. There are multiple copies of the same spreadsheet on various devices. That's how they get your ticket number. Most of the time the file is saved on a private memory stick that also has a bunch of holiday snaps and some torrented movies on it. Is your eye twitching yet?
