any local suppliers ?

Any other "saddle bag" type suggestions ?

PS - I carry tools and spare tubes for TWO bikes .... used the ToPeak large bag without any losses or rattles.

Speedsleeve Ranger from Cogent Industries - best dropper compatible saddle bag out there.

I have tried the Spaz mountain bandit (similar to the Wolftooth one), it works but can only store 1 co2 canister and 1 tube lever in addition to the tyre - and I have lost a tube on the rough stuff. In the Speedsleev I fit 2 co2 canisters, tube, tyre boots, spare masterlink, 2 tyre levers (in one compartment, tubeless repair kit (in other tyre lever compartment), and a multi-tool with chain tool - and it takes up the same real estate as a mountain bandit, but you can't lose anything because it is all enclosed.

I have a MASSIVE saddle bag on my road bike, and would not have it otherwise. It has space for three CO2 cannisters, three tubes, three tyre levers, master links for 9, 10 and 11 speed chains, a chain breaker, different sizes of cable ties and short pieces of 9, 10 and 11 speed chains. The last items I keep mostly to help out those that feel it isn't cool to carry a saddle bag, and have encountered problems with their chains. I have helped out numerous felllow cyclists in getting them back into the race. I almost stopped hellping out other cyclists after encountering THE rudest youngster at the Telkom Satellite Challenge a couple of years back.whose chain broke, and I stopped to help him by using one of my master links. He kept on rushing me on, telling me that he was in a hurry to get back to his bunch. After I helped him, he just sped of without any word of thanks.

Strap/tape a corresponding tube and bomb to each bike. My tube lives behind my bottle cage and bomb on seatpost. Pump can be clipped next to bottle cage and there are a myriad of solutions with integrated tools. I prefer a flat Multitool that easily slips into a pocket with my keys.

But please don't strap a saddlebag to a dropper's stanchion,

when I first saw this thread title I thought it was about cellulite management advice....

Little did I know its about those cool and practical pods that hang from underneath ones saddle.

our MINI RACE BAG relies on a single velcro strap which does not need to be attached to the DROPPER POST -- makes it ideal for carrying some basic essentials for either MTB or ROAD BIKE.

some pics below of it installed on a GRAVEL BIKE and also a MTB --- just R 215!!!!

That’s borderline acceptable.
