I am making up a carbon fibre kit on an old broken hub.... I can measure, cut and neaten up tomorrow then.

• or a Shim 30.9mm to 34.9mm

Not sure if this is going to be helpfull, I got:

1. 31.6 x 400 Ritchey seat post

2. 30.9 x 400 Race Face Turbine seat post 

The Race Face I'm currently using at the moment but in the process to replace with a dropper, will be available in the next few days.

Anyone have in their spare parts bin they are willing to part with, willing to pay.

Take a look at Rapide

Shim https://www.rapide.co.za/product/rapide-seat-post-shim-30_9-to-31_6/

Stem ... looks like they are short on stock at Rapide, but drop them an email or via their site and check with them when they would be expecting more stock. Rapide always respond timeously and deliver excellent service.
