I am scared to get on that scale. I have been on holiday in Cpt for 6 days, I ate, ate again, and then ate a lil more.

I am feeling the effects today, really tired and feel lazy. Probably up 3-4 kg so March was a bad one.

Will log weight tomorrow.

I'm back/still on 94kg's, but did hit a high of 95.5kgs last Sunday  :blush:

Was injured a large chunk of the month, but been back exercising and eating well the last week which has gotten me back to 94 pretty quickly... would have been more were it not for a few too many Whiskeys on Sat.

If all goes to plan, I should be under 90 by the next weigh in... wifes also on board for a change, so usually works a treat when we help each other along.

My missus keeps on bringing me the odd chocolate or other sweet temptation which I can't resist.

Hi. My name is Robbie, and I am a chocoholic. I have been sober for 13 hours...

So back up to 105?

What do school holidays have to do with it? That means for about 2-3 months of the year you cannot train? Hectic

Nope, 97.5. Flat means flat...

School holidays is part of an excuse. I could have pulled out the IDT, but I didn't. As I said, general laziness. Normal week-time activity of a TM evening ride wasn't possible for ~2 weeks. The rest, I was just 'n luigat.

Although my weight drop for the month is only 800g's, the centimeters I lost the past 4 weeks is quite the thing.

I'm cruising for a new line line of longs for work at this rate and my hip bones are starting to show for the first time in years. It's been a successful month with hard work paying off slowly.

@JohanDiv - kudos boet!

A good month training but coming short on my 1000km target by 90km . Too many rainy afternoons that i was not able to ride . . Having dropped to below 85 kg i am able to climb much better and ride away from the climbers on the flat and downhill sections . I do a fast road ride on a MTB with slicks on a Sunday morning and normally catch or get caught by some roadies on road bikes who i then hook in behind and they cant drop me on that circuit 35km  that i ride ,. I often ride in my "Cranky Old Bastard " jersey and then get told afterwards to change it to "Tough Old Bastards " . Im going to start looking at buying a light road bike to do those training sessions on the road .
