Heal up, from my mates who have tested positive with the new variant all have had what they consider a sore throat and a “babelaas” heal up

Rained most of the day so 80km on IDT with Rouvy it was.

 

A bit sad from a training perspective when these are the most calories in 2021 😬

This Gauteng weather is playing havoc with my SS only attempt ...

223 done in 3 days, one long on road Christmas eve, a longish off road Christmas day then my son and I went for our traditional boxing day short ride which I also did on my MTB.

Keeping an eye on the weather today but will do an 'indoor' (spits) ride this morning just in case it doesn't get any better just to get the K's in

110km planned for today, but rain stopped play. So this will have to do, an hour group ride and then perhaps some solo miles until I’ve had enough (77km).
