Looking at all these pics wants we make to go ride again!
4 weeks post collarbone surgery and greenlight checkup is only scheduled for 23 July. Sticking to short road rides and crying for now 🤣

saw your ride upload, good luck! sure you'll be back shredding in no time!

i must say, post Ramadan and a week of sickness, I'm really really enjoying getting back to "some" kind of fitness.

Thanks, will have to take it easy for the first few weeks. It was proper broken. Also came with a partial torn hamstring, left shoulder ligament impingement and a lower back spasm.ShoulderBreak.jpg.d56e7997bc8b75949f950b45c4f91e6c.jpg

lol, I wish. Hellsend shuttle day. Ridden that track at least 30-40 times before. Went down Rona, did the rock drop into the berm left and then berm right. I knew I was going a bit fast when I transitioned into the right hand berm; I drifted up the berm and either hit a rut or lost my balance. OTB'ed really bad, did half a summy and landed about 3m from my bike on my back, feet pointing down trail. Very lucky that this was the only injuries tbh. Helmet has a minor scratch. Shoulder and leg took the hardest hits.
Maar ja, so leer n mens
