Ridden that track at least 30-40 times before. Went down Rona, did the rock drop into the berm left and then berm right. I knew I was going a bit fast when I transitioned into the right hand berm; I drifted up the berm and either hit a rut or lost my balance. OTB'ed really bad, did half a summy and landed about 3m from my bike on my back, feet pointing down trail. Very lucky that this was the only injuries tbh. Helmet has a minor scratch.
