NotSoBigBen Posted March 2, 2021 Share Frek's first ride at Thaba, whether you've had a bad night or foresee a tough day ahead you cannot ride through there without a smile on your face! Frosty Posted March 2, 2021 Share Two days in a row on the IDT, while re-discovering the phrase “why so serious?”. At least today I had the laptop open on Le Samyn.

Frosty Posted March 2, 2021 Share Some days you are the hammer; some days you are the nail.”With half a dozen hammers battering away for your benefit, you want to make sure that if you’re the nail, you’d better be sharp”. ~ Peter Sagan, My World (page 138). DJR Posted March 3, 2021 Share Tokai. What a sight.I see that when you need a little break to recover from a few thousand kilometre tour, you sommer go ride up to the Mast. Sepia, MTBeer, Wayne pudding Mol and 3 others
I FLY Posted March 3, 2021 Share The hillsWe went out at 18h30 into the Raithby vineyards last night after 7 hours in TEAMS meetings. Our proper lights are back in Johannesburg so we only had our small commuter lights but it was still a fun ride.

Frosty Posted March 3, 2021 Share No riding for me, for a few days. I climbed off the trainer last night, and noticed my right leg was a little puffy. Thought it might have been from the tightish fitting (Sexy) socks. Seems I may have been bitten by something, small; perhaps a spider or similar. Leg has inflammation from about legal sock height down to the ankle, or should I call it a shankle. I thought it might have been an ingrown hair, which sometimes happens after shaving, but after the inflammation I am considering it to be a little more serious.
