I am not on any social media platforms unfortunately,wish I was now. My wife posted on Emirates Facebook page twice . They eventually gave us an email address to send my complaint to. So far f all,after 2 mails . They say “Thank you for your recent correspondence. The events that you have described are being looked into and a member of our Customer Affairs Team will write to you once our review is complete. For any future correspondence on this matter, please click on this link. Thank you for taking the time and trouble to write to us. Yours sincerely, Customer AffairsEmirates Group Headquarters” What a load of bollocks. Reposted on there facebook again and they just replied the same. They will fob me of and wrap me in legal jargon until I give up. Maybe I need to start a thread and see what happens . Apologies for the hijack on this awesome fred ????.......
