Fanks Pal. Was lekker to have you here. Enjoy the wedding, tell the bride that I say that she looked hot. Would like to come ride in your hood but it  is well documented that I hate mountains.

Thanks. New Redruth is very close to my folks (which is very very close to Frosty), so when doing this route I always stop at my folks place.

The problem with this route is the wind direction. Its normally a head wind back home (and predominantly up hill), so unless I HAVE to go to Alberton (like when my folks are away and I need to check on the house) I try to only do it when the wind is blowing in the opposite direction or when its a bit calmer.

Same here, when its extremely hot I sweat more than the average person and get bad cramps as a result.  Wind help to cool me down and not sweat so much.  Yes, its harder work, but I prefer that.
