A lap of Bloemendal ....

Starting the morning with an hour in the bank was just the start ....

Followed by a "pedal knock" at the start of my ride ..... ONE way to quickly raise your heart rate at the start of a ride !!

Rest of the ride was almost boring

Hiehehehe ....

Lyk my Maritz het n goeie invloed op my ....

Can too much of a good thing ever be bad? No ways! Not when it is Chapmans Peak:thumbup:  The lookout was a bit of a cyclists convention. Definitely a day for panoramic pictures!

Today I rode with Beattbox & R and I took the old Bititan out for a spin, just to check that all is well for Eroica week after next. Joh, 8 speed is a bit rough on the legs after the big ride yesterday to check that Red Riding Hood is ready for the Argus.

Must be a motorists nightmare

Locals KNOW that these roads are "littered" with Cyclists in the weeks leading up to the Argus cycle event (or whatever else they want to call the race now)

Must be a motorists nightmare

Must say everyone, including the big tour buses, behaved very well.

OK, perhaps the woman wearing her "Stay Wider Of The Rider" shirt was a bit harsh shouting at me to make way for her.........perhaps I'm just grumpy that she overtook me like I was standing still.

Solo Sunday sessions. Still struggling to get used to my own company, but I guess I must just suck it up. 36One is a solo event after all
