Was not a chopper style bike but more normal frame look but also had this double steering thing in. I was riding some distance behind this oak and then all of a sudden he started making funny moves. Looks really weird.

Looks really weird.Years ago as a lightie I remember on the beach front promenade at durban north beach there was a oke that had a bike where the steering was swopped around(turn left and the bike goes right). He used to ride around and for R5 you could get to ride it. If you were able to ride it around properly he gave you R50. That guy made so much money, I don't think he gave away many R50's.
