Yip and it cost me to break a brand new XTR chain, didn't have a masterlink in. [emoji20] [emoji33] But all is good, life is good, bokkies won, looks like rain and we had home made pizza.[emoji109]

Why didn't you just loosen the jockey wheels and re-thread the chain?

You are lucky you did not follow the advice from SRAM marketing, you would have had to replace the chain and cassette [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Good day guys

I recently purchased a new folding helmet when I lived in London. It is quite popular there because we usually use public transport / cycle to work and can then pack the helmet away.

I haven't been in SA for a while and was wondering if this would fit into the SA cycling market. Any thoughts on this? Price point in Rands is like R 1400

IMO no, unless it offers the same protection qualities as a mid-priced half shell. I honestly don't see the value of a folding helmet, when normal helmets aren't exactly cumbersome to begin with.

Not that it won't sell - I'm sure it will sell some units, just not that many.
