that was my plan....

Have the SS Inbred frame with slot dropouts and use the tugs to give decent clearance, currently running as a geared but later this year when I have the funds to build another bike will become my SS (650b) with carbon On One fork which is currently on my 26er SS. Plenty of clearance on the carbon fork for the 650b as have already tried :)

With a rigid fork would have thought less than that !!

I have almost half a bottle of stans in each wheel with heavy rubber, rims and hubs are also not the lightest. I could be wrong tho, I'll chuck it on the scale tomorow.

Depending on the fork you could probably fit a 29er in there too

Most rigid forks will accept bigger wheels as there's no bridge lower down as on a suspension fork. You could probably get a 29r wheel in there. It's the frame that's more of a concern - clearance wise.

Happy to run it as a 650b SS, but thanks for the info and something to consider!

My Lurcher Single Speed, and no I am not BBN's twin Brother. Mine is a bit lighter, but then again I am not cruising with that awesome Brookes Saddle.

Are those 650b wheels? Somewhere i read the the carbon On Ones will accept 650b.
