How many times can I click like?

Out of interest, has anyone tried riding the verge between the harbour palisade fence and the N1 between Paarden Eiland and town? Looks like here's a good few footpath options.

that used to be my old commute route to town and back pre cycle lanes......there are thorns, so beware.

Bree st cycle lane 20/12/2016 @ 10.30am.What Cycle Lane? Take your chances in the traffic!!

I have an interesting philosophy about people like this, if you park your car where you are not supposed to, drive in yellow lanes, skip robots or speed etc you are engaged in lawless behavior. When you feel you can decide which laws should apply to you don't complain if others then use the same reasoning to steal from you, hijack you etc.

So I'm in NZ now visiting my boet. Just need to say this is a cyclists paradise. Apart from the MANY, and well respected bikes lanes, the real deal sealer here are the motorists who are calm and considerate toward cyclists. Honestly treating us like honoured guest users of the road. Amaze.

Is he doing anything about it?

Yes, he and others..., and it was copied in to Heathcliff Thomas, too, which means it should be seen to...

While I applaud your efforts Hairy, this seems like a lost battle.

There is little to no response from the authorities, and even less action from Law enforcement.

The Woodstock section from Church Street to the Observatory bridge is a joke. I think it's silly to even think that its a usable bike lane.

(the other direction seems to be OK)
