When the Japanese were out here for their dealer visits one of them was telling me that the head designer of the engine smoked. He laid down the challenge to the minions that the engine must be so smooth that if he were to balance one of his cigarettes on end, on the tank and rev the bike to 5000rpm it shouldn't fall over. I called bull**** and bet him a beer that it wasn't possible. I lost. Badly. I think it only fell at 8000rpm odd. Then I got the whole discussion about why engine vibration causes rider fatigue and since the YBR was a commuter bike you didn't want to arrive at work tired blah blah blah..... dirtypot, Allrounder, Wannabe and 3 others 6 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
