my Berlin Marathon entry was 260 Euros (about R4500)... with no tshirt.

got a sick medal, and free public transport for 5 days

2h20 is quite slow for a half marathon, sounds like a fun run!

Had a great weekend, thank you. Weather was kind and most things went according to plan. Lots of ups and downs, as per normal for the ultra distances. Almost got to my target of 18h, and didn't spend too much time running in the dark, which was the main goal for the day.

Tough, hot and humid and unfortunately, I heard there was a fatality in the car park area after the run, cardiac.  Another who almost had a cardiac crossing the line, but they managed to get him into an ambulance.  Hopefully he will be ok.
