A bit silly that there no rewards for no a single diamond. Has there been any in the past? You need two or more and it's taken months for me to get one

I agree, although I think you get put into a draw and have the very small possibility of winning something worthwhile

Wasn't that only for the Vitality Open? I got my second diamond the week after my first expired; holding thumbs for another.

Is it just me is is it every time I want to look at points that there's always a message points not yet calculated, and this is for events two weeks ago?  While I know I'm reaching my goals every week, my wife is bitching because she cant see where she is relative to her goals

Same here, the points summary page hasn't worked since the get-go for me on the browser. The closest I can get to points tracking is going to the dashboard and seeing the 3 last items that awarded points.

Anyone got a fix for this little issue or experienced the same thing?

Apple watch sync'd to Active rewards and shows 100 points for a 30+ min workout (speed data only) However, using the HR data from that particular session should get 300 points for a 30+ min workout at 80% of max HR. When I opened the Activity app on my phone the HR data wasn't there initially, but then populated seconds later. It's almost as if it sync'd to Vitality before the HR data had finished transferring from the watch to the phone app.

So is there a way to get it to refresh that activity in vitality so that it corrects the points allocation on that day?

Going to end up short for the week because of this issue :(

Resync and see if that updates

Otherwise just log a fault attaching proof indicating HR. Takes about 2/3 days to be sorted when logging a fault

Thanks, tried that. Will have to log it.

While on the topic of exercises being logged. It's been made clear that Vitality won't accept 3 zone 5 exercises at 10 minutes to meet their 30 minutes requirement. I actually don't know what their motivation is for refusing this. I'm finding that I have to incorrectly record my exercises just to log the points.
Like instead of doing a 20 jog, 10 cardio and 10 cardio, I just record the entire 40 minutes as a jog. It is ruining the metrics all for the sake of ticking a stupid box. Has anyone thought of a workaround for this?

Yours is the best workaround imho.

Three other options:

-Use the Lap button, between events, then at least you differentiate those laps yourself

-Get a second watch/device to record the efforts individually and upload to a non-vitality service for analytics

-Stop using Vitality... it is the best decision I have made with regards to my fitness  , no longer chasing points for smoothies and Coffees. Now solely chasing eBucks.

What watch do you have, I have used garmin multisport and it worked well it uploads the combined and individual activities, so you'd in effect send 4 activities up with what you indicated you do.

You can use at as Cardio workout.

Using your HR for the points.

Just pause your watch until you start your new exercise.

its a vivoactive 3. I actually only realised that separate activities below 30 minutes aren't counted together, after the app gave 100 points for check ins instead of 300 for combined zone 5 exercises :(

Discovery is only interested in the heart rate/speed data. They will only allocate points for the corresponding heart rate/speed data and the duration of the session.

As mentioned, can you use the lap function and edit the data in your training software  or does it all have to be separate?
