if you don't get payed to ride at least looking good trying. socks make the kit. its fun. that is why we all don't have cheap paint jobs on our bikes.  

but please what ever socks you wear make sure the legs are shaved. it.just.looks.better.

I have two pairs of Trace-Socks and I love them!! They super comfy and I love the designs of the mountain and waves. Local is lekker

Duh.  This is cycling.

Shaved legs = men's socks

Unshaved = ladies range

SLX and XT socks probably just as good although a little heavier and not as plush, and remember... last years XTR is this years XT...

I have no problem with others shaving their legs, but I don't have calves, so I don't want them to look even skinnier. At least I don't have skinny girly arms like the rest of the cyclists. Girly arms are just wrong on a man. Leave the razor and rather lift something heavy.

Socks...I love my donut versus socks. They go nicely with my pink laces too.

I must admit if someone had a nice lumo pink or lumo yellow sock in their range I would buy, even if 5" long. But not pastels or pictures for me.
