Interesting kickstand coming out of that frame. What even is that?

The cable should be inside that to stop the rattle sound in the frame

You managed to get that tyre nice and clean.

Any tips for that.?

I turn it inside out, stand on the tyre, then use my high pressure cleaner with that spiral nozzle and stay as far as possible from the tyre.

It removes most of it, or at least get it to where you can pull it off with your hands

2. Locktide goes into the treads or onto the bolt AFTER you have put the bolt throught the bearing NOT before.

This is actually a serious piece of knowledge! Thank you.

I have spent hours peeling/scraping/fighting that before

That tyre had at least 3 diffefrent sealants in it.

The stans, and some purple crap and the LBS said they added sludge

Now if your tyre looks like that and you get a puncture, it is going to take the liquid and hour to flow to the hole to try and seal it i am sure

I still want to know what the final outcome of that was.

Did Bike Addict damage the frame like that? Was the OP hiding trying to do the bearings himself maybe?
