Light rain coming down according to the commentators. 

 

If this gets much worse the later runners will be at a big disadvantage.

Hopefully a disadvantage is all they suffer and we don't see any more riders on the ground.

Check again, at the end Cav 9 sec faster than Tony Martin ....

Tony Martin is there to pull Rog.

All his energy is devoted to looking after his team leader. He has not ridden a fast iTT at a GT for a while. 

His job has changed. He is boss in cross winds and has amazing race nous, he is unfortunately no longer the ITT force he was but still fills a massively important role at Jumbo

Was shocked to read this cos I thought Froome was no doubt gonna be out of the time cut if he was 5min back on Cav.... Turns out he's 1 min back on Cav.
