I have never heard of this "well known law that a plugged tire cannot be a permanent fix" business.

So I must have missed the memo and have clearly been doing it wrong all these years.

I do not see fault in the sellers behalf, but I see plenty fault in the buyers behalf.

1. Not being informed about the plug in the tyre

2. The tyre flat after the 3rd ride

Yes certainly my fault.

You seem very interested in this one - perhaps a BM employee or associate?

The court that ultimately decides are the consumers - who choose whether to buy from Bikemarket or not.

Him and every other commentator here?

Come on, you made a spurious claim, got called on it and pwned. Let it go and enjoy your bike.

It just dawned on me.

Are you 100% certain that it is the plug that is leaking air?

Did you inflate the tyre and test for leaks with a nice soapy water solution, or go old school by inflating the tyre and then placing the offending tyre plug under the water to look for a leak.

If not, you just fired off a salvo a without checking if your cannons are actually loaded.

Current status...

Definitely not an employee or associate. Currently have a leg injury so my ability is exercise is limited, so I’m exercising my keyboard moves

I also dislike the way you made it comments and claims when it is clear you have no idea what you are talking about

This could end up with the worst possible situation for them and the best for you.

and people will still walk in there next week buying bikes , money talks and people who are selling what people want in these times are thriving
