Eddy Gordo Posted July 10, 2016 Share So after somthing like 3 months off the bike, I went out early this morning with alot of reluctance, all alone in the freezing cold. Which was seriously trying to convince me to turn around and go back home. However I managed to end up at eden and had a short blast. Must admit the fitness is completely shot now and my recovery after the op is about 95% When I left home it was 10degress but ended up at 8 and 9 on the N2 Then on the R310 it was 6 degrees and my heater was set to a nice 20. Then realised I had to turn the heater down and acclimate to the outside temp. The sun was nice and bright this morning. It was such a beautifull day to be on the bike in my valley. Spent the afternoon watching some cycling on the tellie and then ended the day of with a ride with my little guy again. Focus is the name of the game. Precious moments with these little ones, he tried a jump again and it ended in a OTB with the bike smacking him in the back of the head. Little shredder just got up, dusted himself of and went on without a peep.
