I completely forgot about the muffin and coffee felt I had achieved something this morning. Average power was a massive 39% of FTP. Man, I would've called it a day by then and grabbed a cold beer or 5 We've been trying for 4 years now to knock off 400kms - there was no way we were going give up so early.
